Could you tell me if any of the 1948 Bottles had a plastic sheath around the stopper? I am interested in a quadrilobe bottle with a plastic sheath on the stopper but I always thought they were all glass. Thank you, Mary
ReplyDeleteHI Rafa, Thank you for visiting. Your stopper is covered with a plastic material known as plastimeri. It was used first used in the 1960s on ground glass stoppers.
